Phase 1
The Fixed Ops X-Ray (one week on-site)
I embed with your team for a full week. I audit every financial metric, observe every process, and sit down one-on-one with your key people. You receive a comprehensive assessment report, a financial opportunity analysis showing exactly how much you're leaving on the table, and a 90-day turnaround roadmap with prioritized action items.

Phase 2
The Turnaround Partnership (6 months remote + in-person)
I stay in the fight with you. Monthly coaching calls with your service manager and dealer principal. Monthly group coaching for your management team. Individual mindset coaching for key leaders. Advisor and technician engagement strategies. KPI tracking and accountability. Plus two return visits at months 3 and 6 to assess progress in person.
